Rent By-Owner Services
Affordable Home Watch will watch your home while it is being rented and we will make arrangements to have your home cleaned between rentals. This service is only available to those customers who use the basic home watch service. We will make every effort to accommodate any special requests you may have, but our core service includes the following:
Cleaning of the Home Between Rentals (36 hours are required between departure and arrival of renters)

- Charges start at $55. Premier homes are based on size of home.
- We will insure the entire home is put in A-1 condition for the next renter to include restocking of all owner supplies.
- Cost is $45 per a month.
- Includes one scheduled visit per month to check A/C filter, clear entry way and front of home of all debris, bugs, etc., add water to golf cart batteries when needed, check irrigation system, insure lawn service is being conducted and check for storm damage.
- Contact service companies to have necessary repairs accomplished.
- Be on call for renter needs.
Additional requests (other than those listed) can be quoted as needed.
