Basic Services
For a flat rate of $55.00 per a month,
or an annual one-time billing of $600 per year,
we will walk the interior and exterior of your home on a weekly basis.
During walk-throughs, the following services will be provided:

During walk-throughs, the following services will be provided:
Weekly
- Check all windows and door locks
- Check for broken windows
- Check interior / exterior for mold and insects
- Check heat / AC settings. Check power
- Check refrigerator / hot water heater settings
- Check irrigation system
- Insure lawn service is being performed
- Check for storm damage
- Remove newspapers, phone books, & solicitation material from front of home
Monthly
*If requested
- Water tap and commode flushes
- Open and close garage door(s)
- Clear entry way of debris, bugs, etc.
- Sweep front entrance
- Lubricate disposal and dishwasher seal area
- Start stored automobile *
- Run dishwasher through rinse cycle *
- Check and change filter(s) on HVAC *

For no additional charge, we will provide the following services:
2. Turn hot water tank up to normal settings
3. Thermostat adjusted in conjunction with season
4. Ice maker turned "on"
5. Plastic removed from toilets
6. Essential electrical items activated
7. Cart charged (If we are providing service of putting water in batteries)
8. Front entrance swept
- Make you aware of any problems found and assist to get resolution. We have a list of recommended contractors.
- Forward mail (First class only) for 2 weeks. (Excluding obvious junk mail) Magazines will be left in the home.
- The following services will be performed prior to your seasonal return with a minimum of one week notification:
