We are Randal and Sarajane Kaufmann. We are dedicated to serving your home watch needs, within The Villages, whether it be for a whole season or a vacation. Our goal is to care for your home as if it were our own. We have business backgrounds centered on customer service. We start by monitoring each home with a detailed check list to insure we treat every home with a high level of consistency. Communication is made via E-Mail or phone a minimum of once per month. Phone calls are made if urgency is required. We provide basic and customized services to fit the needs of each of our customers. Our hope is that you will entrust us to watch your home. |
