Additional Home Watch Services

• Check golf cart batteries and add distilled water if needed ($10 per occurrence)
• Open residence for deliveries, maintenance/contractor work, pool service, house cleaning, etc. ($30 per hour)
  

For full time residents going on vacation, the basic home watch charge will be $65 for one month or less.
