Additional Home Watch Services

• We can make arrangements to have your home cleaned prior to your arrival. Charges start at $75. Premier homes are based on size of home.
• Check golf cart batteries and add distilled water if needed ($10 per occurrence)
• Open residence for deliveries, maintenance/contractor work, pool service, house cleaning, etc. ($30 first hour/per-occurrence) ($35 if longer than 1 hour per-occurrence)
  
• First class mail forwarding/pickup beyond first 2 weeks ($5 per occurrence, plus postage). We will leave magazines in the home. Mail forwarding will be done bi-monthly. Other requests will be priced accordingly.
• For full time residents going on vacation, the basic home watch charge will be $45 for one month or less.
