Additional Home Watch Services
- We can make arrangements to have your home cleaned prior to your arrival. Charges start at $55. Premier homes are based on size of home.
- Check golf cart batteries and add distilled water if needed ($10 per occurrence )
- Open residence for deliveries, maintenance / contractor work, pool service, house cleaning, etc. ( $20 per occurrence ) ( $25 if double trip is required for single service )
- First class mail forwarding/pickup beyond first 2 weeks ( $5 per occurrence, plus postage ). We will leave magazines in the home. Mail forwarding will be done bi-monthly. Other requests will be priced accordingly.
- For full time residents going on vacation the basic home watch charge will be $40 for one month or less.
